what's up with the whole milk being 3.3% milkfat, Bill? isn't 4% the industry standard? I had Shamrock Farms milk from the Circle K next door to my usual Braum's store and was BLOWN AWAY by how RICH their milk tasted..so I tried yours again.....it tasted watery, watered down, dilute... what kind of money do you make/save cutting milkfat levels down like that? does it go into other products like half and half and butter and ice cream? Sorry, had to rewrite this review once this came to light....your milk is second best to Shamrock Frams now to me... on a further note, why is there no organic whole milk in glass bottles in your stores..the kind with cream on top? you could OWN the market everywhere you are if you did that........you have the cows, you have the facilities and distribution points....please think about it, I'd come back to Braum's for my gallon and a half of whole milk I drink a week if you had that up market attraction..... your ice cream is tops (except for my home made) your drive thrus for a quick rich chocolate shake with no cardboard/cellulose fillers like at the clown's joint....your grapefruit in the store..your meat selection is small, but perfect when you want quick and easy...your produce is great, I'm just bummed..had my milkfat buzz killed..over the random 3.3% dilute stuff cheers! if you get glass bottled, cream topped milk in stores, I'll be first in line...you don't even have to have cotton candy flavored milk like the current glass bottlers do..yuuuukkkkk thanks!

this is my neighborhood braums. I know it seems silly to gripe about a fast food joint, but I'm sure cheeseburger fans can identify w/ me. there is nothing more disappointing than craving a cheeseburger, ordering a cheeseburger, PAYING the extra 30 cents (or however much) for that cheese, AND GETTING A HAMBURGER INSTEAD. as my husband and I were on our way to catch a movie, I phoned the manager from the road and told him about the disappointing mistake that was made. he took down my name and promised a remake on the house. 3 nights later, I went in to get that remake. I was expecting some hassle, as the manager I spoke w/ wasn't there that evening, but I didn't get any! the on-duty manager listened patiently to my story, then remade my order, on the house, as promised. when I want a greasy, filling, messy cheeseburger, braums is my go-to establishment. thank you, braums, for not giving me a reason to go somewhere else. you impressed me with your dedication to customer satisfaction.

Not just an ice cream and dairy store. This Braums is a major neighborhood convenience. Just a five minute walk from my home, this place is a mini grocery store as well. Vegetables, hummus, bread, spreads among other things. There is never a line, and it's a compact section. Another plus, they don't knock you over the head with their prices. Comparable to most independent grocery stores. Now, lets talk about the delicious ice cream. After a super long day at work, this is the first place that I think to stop. A double dip cone is $2.16. I usually go with the cappuccino chocolate chunk and pecan, cherries and cream. There are plenty of other flavors, but there is no list at the drive thru window. Likely because the drive thru will cease to being efficient. With so many selections, one can't help but be indecisive when faced with so many ice cream selections. You'll have to go inside to view the ice cream flavors. My cloud 9 getting a double dip cone, rolling down my windows, and blasting some good ol disco music. I've never had bad customer service experience here. Ice cream is always delicious. There's nothing that I can think of to improve.

So we tried the fast food and it was not so great. The burger was overcooked and the cheese was all over the place. I guess I can't be too mad since the place prides itself on ice cream. Ice cream was good though. Oh and cashier can't add. Gave her a penny so we could get 2 dollar bills back., she hesitated for about 8 sec trying to figure out why we have her a penny and then have us a 1 dollar bill back. keep it you need it more than I do. Stay in school!

I know that most people frequent Braums for a fast food meal, but I go to this location for the great selection of fresh fruits, veggies and meat that this Braums carries. We now exclusively buy all our milk, eggs and bread here and the hamburger and chicken is very good as well. And the service is friendly, no "attitude" like I'd assume I'd deal with while at a fast food joint.

Go for the ice cream only. If you want food you have to order it about a month in advance to have it ready in reasonable time.

The Braum's of my childhood has gotten better with the addition of a small market. Why go to 7-11 filled with junk food when you could go to Braum's and get real fresh fruits and vegetables? The ice cream is still really good too!
